Hey fishes,
Let’s say Brillio gave some joining bonus and if we are leaving within an year we need to pay it back.
So does it mean I need to put papers after one year or is that okay to put papers after 9 months, so serving 3 months notice makes it one year.
Please let me know if anyone had an idea about this.

Mostly these companies only give bulk job to freshers in India. Once you gain experience you tend to explore other companies who pays you more. One should never forget the roots.
See. When u have to give job to more number of people then u have to lower the pay. Higher the headcount lower the pay

Actually these comapnies create employment in india. They hire in bulk and more people get jobs. But yeah if you want to exceptionally grow and raise your income then these are not suitable for you
To be frank what you telling is ok but this doesn't mean thats totally correct.
There is demand and supply thing.
But they treat like they can rule over you since given job.
But the most income come from these freshers only in large percentage.
Also they have so many rules n policies that they don't tell at time of joining but afterwards will come to know reality
People are underpaid mostly because they are not skilled upto the market level, or too afraid to get out of comfort zone. The percieved safety is good for many people. to earn more, you'll have to take real risk.
These companies are popular because they help in convincing brides dad. Thats it.
One of my colleagues work in Infy for last 17 yrs. His CCTC is below 9lpa. 😕
