Pray daily and ask for guidance on all decisions, like your said small things can have a big impact. Got a house cleaner to come weekly , really freed up me mentally. I do my own pedicures , makes me feel like I got a good deal😂😃

Yes to the above! And all about thinking instead of everything being “done right now.” The book atomic habits was a good start in how to change thinking and … habits lol.
I started charging my phone outside the bedroom. It completely changed my mornings — way less doomscrolling, way more peace.
Also phone related, I started setting a time limit for myself at night. I’d come home from work and be on my phone scrolling for hours. Instead now I do it for a little bit and find something else to do, reading, watching an actual tv show/movie, something different with my time.
