I'll start: My consulting business signed 2 new clients for larger projects and built up our biggest bizdev pipeline since 2022.

I have just recently accepted a position as Director of Compliance at a Fin-Tech company here in Naples, FL.. My previous 17 YOE were strictly in the Financial industry. Does anyone know what the average salary is for this position? I have a sinking feeling that I accepted the role too quickly without comparing salaries. The position only pays $50k/year. That seems low to me.

A little frustrated that I have friends who persistently ask for discounts or free products. If you can't actually support my business when it's just getting started, wait until you can instead of asking me to lower my prices for you.

It seems like a lot of people go with Square because it’s simple but you’re paying for it and it doesn’t offer many features. I’m trying to get back into this business.
