Curious to hear how Account Exec comp is being broken down for those in Canada that do Solution Sales. After many years in recruitment I’m taking on solutions. Loving it! Just don’t know what industry comp looks like and would love to hear how others in Canada are remunerated.

I’m a junior in big law and in the short time I’ve been here, I’ve noticed that counsels produce perfect drafts and yet aren’t partners but partners can’t write two sentences without numerous typos. Shouldn’t counsels be partners and partners counsels instead?

Specifically because it asks if you are competitive, willing to stop what you are doing to help others or prioritize your own work. 1. Culture/WLB - how is it?

Background: Currently making 95k/160k OTE at a boutique research and consulting firm. I’m happy but we’re extremely flat with little to no opp for promotion in the next 2+ years.

What features do you look for when looking for payment and merchant services? It seems like a lot of people go with Square because it’s simple but you’re paying for it and it doesn’t offer many features. I’m trying to get back into this business.
