Life is never stable at FIS. If you are safe in September, your number might come in November or January or February or second week in March. Its just so messed up and is burning inner circuits of everyone’s brain. One breaking news of RIF gets to hear his own news in the next meeting. How are we supposed to work then with this constant noise, stress and agony? why don’t they do it once and be quiet for some months? or Why don’t they just fire everybody and be happy about it? To hell with FIS
