Creatives in tech, curious how many of you are brand design creatives vs. ad creatives? Also curious if you feel there’s an advantage to specializing in one vs the other

Curious what anyone thinks about cologne? Is it a turn on? I am not really into it.. but I just got a whiff of this dude at the gym and the cologne did something to me 🥰 It was really subtle. I tend to just like the way a man smells (not body odor but just natural scent) and don’t usually like it covered up, but wow this guy tonight 🥵 I might might buy some but i figured it would be gay to ask him “what are you wearing” because that prob isn’t something the bros at the gym do.

Anyone work for a private firm but also work as appearance counsel for Docketly? Looking to use Docketly as a tool for marketing, growing my own book of business, and increase hours but not sure how to navigate the logistics of it. For example, conflicts, payment, etc. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

I had 21 as fixed and 3 variable. Good salary for my experience. But then came covid and now I'm at 48 fixed salary.
Thanks to covid I was able to achieve this salary at just 7 yoe. When I joined the industry my manager at 10+ experience was earning 10-12 lakhs.

I have a few LPs to cover where my stories are not solid before my loop on Monday. Feeling a little demotivated because I felt I had more time to prepare. Don't plan on asking for extension.

Salary question: working as a partnerships/digital content project coordinator in arts & culture and want to ask for a pay rise at my annual review. But the company is strapped for resources as we are not for profit.
I am adding a lot of value by importing my networks/contacts, initiating and maintaining high profile partnerships, working cross functionally within company eg with marketing and PR teams, pitching ideas for future projects, giving face lifts to older ones… what % should I ask for?
