I think it really depends on the area you want to be in. But this area is up and coming so pricing is good. Right off the 202, so it is easy to get downtown, west valley and even the east valley.

There’s a ton of different new build communities out there that will be around that price, but i imagine you’d probably want to have an idea of where exactly in the valley you want to live first
I don't know if you've ever considered living super Far East, but my sister bought a house in Mesa for around that price. The neighborhood of Eastmark has some really nice houses with that general build.
My family lives out East and I don’t want to be too close to them if you know what I mean…
What about living in Buckeye or a place like that? From what I know, it'd be pretty hard to build with those specs in Chandler, Gilbert, and areas like that.
If you’re open to surprise, maybe check out the new builds out on happy valley road north of 303. My commute to the Biltmore is about 45-50 minutes without traffic. (Obviously sucks but just for reference)
