Call some of the coworking spaces. A lot of the independent ones rent out their common areas after hours for cheap. And the usually have a kitchen area and bar area. So you have caterers come in, get booze cheap from Costco and hire a bartender

Whatever the closest shopping center conference area to you is (desert ridge, anthem, fashion square, the Chandler one, west gate, etc. they have the facilities already! It’s ok to use them (paying, of course). They love businesses

We had our Christnas Party at Event On Jackson last year. I loved the space. There was so much room for everyone to have fun. The food is outstanding as well! Staff are very accomodating.

Does anyone have ideas on how to navigate a smaller team environment when everyone’s roles seem to be stretched (hiring for additional people has been taking a while, not sure why). The stress causes some tension and that’s probably not great for the overall morale of the company long-term. I try to ignore and just stay focused on what I need to do yet sometimes proves challenging. I worry it might affect my professional/career growth. Thoughts on this would be helpful, thanks!

I have received offer from Shell and SAP labs is in final stage salary discussion. Shell is offering 6 lacs more than @SAP labs. I have tried to negotiate a lot from SAP but they are not ready. They are putting conditions like give your full commitment to join then only we'll release offer letter. I am currently looking for work life balance with growth.
