Currently interviewing for a role at Amazon that is listed as a CW position, but I have direct experience in the product and capabilities this role is seeking, and the hiring manager is moving me forward. Is Risk & Reg too specialized? Debating whether to try and make a switch to a different team like deals, FDD or restructuring while I’m still only a senior since the exit options in risk & reg seem somewhat narrow (risk manager or regulatory office?)

I really want some clear cut long term career goals and ambitions. But working in risk and reg I haven’t found anything yet that really grasps my desire. But my seniors keep asking me where I want to go but in all honesty I just keep bouncing from one project to another trying to do a good job.
