I have to transfer my PF amount to the accenture PF account. My previous organisation was PF exempted organisation. Once I submit the online transfer should I send the hardcopy to Accenture as well

Anyone lateraled at the 2-4 year mark from boutique (40ish lawyers, corporate lit work on same level as biglaw, making top NY pay) to v100? Can you say anything about the experience? The reason I’m considering is while boutique is generally a good place for me as an associate (NY pay, reasonable WLB, good experience on many fronts) there’s basically zero shot at making partner.

I have 3 years experience being an account manager in a large brokerage. I got promoted to be a supervisor to a small team of account managers and started at $77k and have now increased to $83k 6 months later. Does this sound fair based on my 4 years experience in the field or am I underselling myself?
