This is a question for (heterosexual) couples with children where the woman is the primary income earner (ie. let’s say over 2/3 of the household income) and the man also works full time. How are parenting and household duties split up in your home? My husband thinks 50/50 is fair even though I work late into the night most days (often till 1 am) while he works a 9-5.
