How are IFS bonus and raises this year?
Hey fishes,
Let’s say Brillio gave some joining bonus and if we are leaving within an year we need to pay it back.
So does it mean I need to put papers after one year or is that okay to put papers after 9 months, so serving 3 months notice makes it one year.
Please let me know if anyone had an idea about this.
Brillio
I want to build my career in analytics. I have offer from EY India, EXL and LatentView Analytics.
EY is more on the side of project management and process improvement in SaaS, as told. While there is hands-on in other two.
If I don't consider pay, which company is the best to go for considering work and culture(peope friendly).
YoE: 5
Tech Stack: SQL, Python, Tableau, PowerBI
Any ideas how EY comp compares to Deloitte?

Hello! Question for anyone that works at Google if I have hit my 3 applications per 90 days can I still apply to an additional role through a referral link? Or will I have to wait until the 90 days is up? Actually asking for a friend that doesn’t have this app 😊 thanks in advance for any insight.

Honestly, 4 years is not a lot of experience in this business. I think that’s fair, but, it also makes a difference where you’re located
$83k sounds great for 4 yoe in account management, you are making more than average in NYC.
I think this is pretty good depending on where you live. Not positive though.
What is the difference between the Supervisor and Account Manager duties? How many people report to you? Have you conducted salary research via Salary.com and the like?
Not commenting on salary, but it sounds like you have a great opportunity on your hands here. I suspect that with a few short years in this role you can double your salary, most likely if you switch companies, unless you have a discussion with your employer on what your salary expectations are down the line. So do your research and don’t sell yourself short because it sounds like your employer really favors you and sees your leadership ability and wants to nurture it.
What city are you in?
That sounds like a fair offer.
