Hey guys my project is under going ramp down and I will be available for deployment from March 2 2026.

I have a good 2+ years experience in testing (manual and automation) Selenium, RPA, jenkins, appium, regression testing, smoke testing, sanity test, defects analysis, JIRA.

I was looking for any opportunities. Please reply if you have any internal openings.

Has anyone gotten funding for their startup from an angel investor? A friend from grad school submitted a patent but needs funding for the patent fees, then a clinical trial. (Not looking to sell to big pharma company. Also, the therapy itself cannot be patented, but my friend has the patent for the technology that produces it.)

There is an opportunity that I’m currently interviewing for that is very interesting to me. I’m interviewing two other places but I’m not responding to LinkedIn emails for other positions. The other positions don’t interest me as much. On one hand I don’t want to waste time prepping for all positions and rather put that time only for the ones that I have going on, on the other hand I feel like what is that falls through. Been 3 months since I joined Luxoft and I am assigned to a backward DXC project. The lead is oppressive and bossy. There is no work-life balance and 9:30 hours of work is not enough for them. My probation period is going to end soon. Should I inform my Luxoft manager and tell him to change my project right now ? Or shall I wait for him to end my probation period ?

I got an offer from hcl and they are offering very less hike on my current CTC around 20% even fixed part is less than my current fixed amount.

I reverted asking them to provide 40% hike on my cctc or 20% hike on fixed cctc and wfh option.
It's been six days no reply from HR.
