Need some suggestions. I gave interview on Tuesday, will it be right to ask feedback tomorrow or should I wait till the end of week and then ask for feedback on Monday Morning. Today, I didn't got any response from them.

Anyone was an account rep/ account executive at Uber? Or know anyone who was? I’m thinking of applying to have Uber on my resume, but don’t know what they do.

How does the referral system work? Should I apply from the website and then ask for a referral or is there a chance to ask for an employee to refer internally? Would the latter option be considered ahead of the first option?

I currently make 78k at Lockheed but I’m not doing what I’d like to be doing and i felt stuck and after many conversations with my manager and no solution in sight, I started applying elsewhere. I got an offer letter from HCL. In that they mentioned as "Agreeing to the terms and conditions is as good as signing of physical contract form between you and company. It has legal binding as per the law if mutual trust is breached."

Any problem if I not joined after accepting the offer.

I recently had an interview with HCL and cleared 2 rounds of technical interview. I waited for a week for HR call but no such call was received. I then contacted the POC who scheduled the interview (he is an HCL employee) and he said that I have been shortlisted and will receive HR call shortly. This was 1 week ago and I have still not received any call. Has anyone else faced the same issue? And if yes, should I even expect a call fro HR?

In HCl offer, there are 2 components for variable pay, one is paid monthly and one is paid yearly. Do we get the complete amount mentioned in both the parameters in variable pay?
