I have recently attended an interview for QA automation in TCS. I have been asked to upload the documents for verification and would be proceeded to HR discussion round. Could anyone please help what should be the expected CTC.

Last year they gave less around 20 to 50% and last two consecutive quarters it was around 50 to 70%
For me, I joined tcs as it gave me opportunity to move back to my hometown, hence able to save more staying at my childhood home(no rent) and can plan outdoor activity like playing football in turf, outing with friends in the weekend..
Thats the positive side I have gone through..

When you made up your mind why are you asking?? obviously you expect positive review only from everyone but make sure after 1 year if u stay you give honest review when someone asks the same..

Hi, Only thing I suggest you not be a victim of Islamic conversion services racket which is rapidly happening like corporate Jihad in TCS, stay away from making them friends and keep them away as much as possible if they try to influence you, otherwise everything else is fine
This is very good advise so Pls 🙏 keep away from religious activities as the other people's influence.

Here are the good things about TCS
You'll have a hell super hell lot of time as far my experience (2021-2024)
You will have enough offices amenities like gym, cafeteria, Library (which I love the most)
Since you're a experience person I feel it's better to go into a big project so that you won't have work mostly
There will be co-operation at work within the team as per my experience as the "team-work" culture is entrenched in TCS. The team-mates would be from various Indian states due to which there will be respectful conversations, young people will be so friendly, also some of the seniors too as the time passes. The most positive part would be when we switch to any company, we are always hired for a specific role within the project on most of the occassions. However due to three months NP, you might be put into different project, but I am sure you will enjoy deep-diving into your work and enhance your career with new learnings which is very important. After working for an year of two in any of your new employer, you will get to know the road ahead within the organization basing on which you can take your next call. Congratulations and wishing you all the success.

IBM also has variable issues. Infact even big4 have variable issue. So i never consider variable, that’s just based on luck. Purely comparing fixed only.

Joining letter as u mean offer letter right?
Layoff are best here for C3a so their tactic is first they release you from project and then put u in bench and after bench policy of 30 days they will kick you out so don't expect u can survive even 6 months here but if u have made mind then there is no point of asking here

Thanks you all for your inputs. I’m very much interested to join TCS. Meanwhile I received one new offer it’s from Alithya. Compensation wise Alithya is slightly better + it’s remote work. What you guys think? Confused now.
For C3A, what is your year of experience and ctc offered by tcs? Tech stack too please as I am also in negotiation phase with them right now
