Get comfortable with other people’s silence.

3. To care is to be invested mentally and have skin in the game.
Once you have strong POV in scenerios start practicing pushing back. I've written jotted down slack and email response and asked chat got to tighten them up for me. Also, ask it to play devil's advocate on ideas and strategies.
Lastly don't look for opportunities to confront. Look for opportunities to align. Then when you aren't aligned, acknowledge it, detach from the situation, and go slow until you become more confident
Someone (I think on Reddit?) said data helps a lot in situations like that. Get as much data as you can so the numbers speak for your idea/plan
