I realize there's a lot of ribbing that goes on between different branches of the service, but that's nothing compared to the sense of kinship and loyalty. I feel deep appreciation for all fellow members of the military.

Music was always there for me while being deployed. I mostly listened to classical music, even though I was never a fan before. Did anyone else find escape in music?

Why aren't there any vegan options in the military besides a salad? I wish there was a way to improve this. I find myself having to settle on vegetarianism when serving.
