Most Mondays don't get my blood boiling but since I've come in today I've gotten so many emails about things that need to be done by today or tomorrow. Basically some people want to take off the last two weeks of the year and want everything done right now but no thought as to how that is extremely inconvenient for me! And no pity from anyone either. Hope you all are having a better Monday 😤

Is IB worth the sacrifice of WLB? Obvious pay is really good but are the prestige and pay worth it if you’re planning on only doing it for a couple years?

Currently working at an IRA with great WLB. Honestly I love my job, the firm, and people I work with.
