If they will be scoring leads, it will be organic via conferences, partnerships. Of course, we want to encourage and incentivize this person. Potentially giving then an extra 20-50k bonus potential. My joining is in mid august and I got an email last week that joining isextended by 45 days. After 1 week I received call from HR that for some cases we are giving the joining date as decided and cancelling the extension. Is it good to join Wipro in this situation ? If I join and dont get a project for few weeks will it be troublesome for me ?

How does contract to hire work? If I’m offered $37/hr on w2 for 3 months and then possibly a permanent position, how much can I expect to get annually as a full time company employee as a BI data analyst II? I have a M.S. and certificates in DA but this will be my first job as DA.
I prefer working for what is offered on contract without negotiating, and then negotiate when I transition into the company itself so I have a better chance of getting the contract position and show my skills.
