Officially 35 days is the bench period. So if you have crossed it you might get 1 or 2 warning mails before hr finally contacts you. I had faced this once. When I had received the mail first time I had replied with proper reason for the delay, this like number of courses I had completed, being compliant, other activities, availability for project etc. I had got around 3 more weeks on top of my aging of approx 60 days. After that hr had called me and asked me to initiate resignation process or they will initiate, they time is around 1 week, if you believe you can get a project then stay or initiate. They had said they would release me immediately with 3+1 month of salary. Fortunately I had got a project in the same week.
Hi fishes I'm on bench with 39 as my tmp aging on March 21st i got Associate promotion mail. So when can i get eletter i want to be there atleast till i get eletter anyone suggest what to do if HR tortures.
Aging 35 means you are on bench from last 35 days ?
If so then is not it very less period for bench

After 35 days how many days it took CTS to send you the mail?
Do these things on priority
1. Try for internal projects
2. Update your Naukri that 15 days is your NP. You’ll get multiple calls.
3. Worst case scenario: they will relieve you now with 3+1 months of salary, since you updated the naukri, you will get an offer easily.
Dont worry, everything will be fine.
Update the thread either you get the project or new offer. All the best 👍

I saw GCP,SQL vacancy in Accenture and IBM through naukri.....try to search and apply..... already you are in bench so put immediate join and search......after 6 days they will ask you to resign or might increase your aging....
How does ageing work. Any idea?
Did you join cognizant as a fresher or experienced ? I vaguely remember reading that Bench period is not considered for freshers for 2 yrs
