My bgv was completed from hireright i got it confirmed from them and i was waiting for unconditional offer but instead i received another mail with conditional offer itself and today i am receiving another bgv initiation mail from first advantage and when i called recruiter he said accept the 2nd conditinal offer and ignore the bgv thing. Did this happen to anyone else I am just worried now if everything goes well or not as i don't have any other offer in hand except for this.
