My boss is moving to a new firm and taking our team. While I took the offer and am in the process of moving with him, I’m also interviewing with other places. First, I was told I should start looking. Also, I’m looking because of career development purpose. But…If somehow I get an offer and decide to leave right after I move with my team to the new firm, is it bad? I don’t want to ruin my relation with them.
