Totally agree! I’ve been going 4 days a week for 60-90 min for 3 months and I’ve never felt better. Lost weight and decreased my resting heart rate to 68bps. I go at 6:30am and I get to work between 9/9:15. My teams didn’t care I got in 45 min later than normal (used to get there at 8:30) as long as I get my work done. I also highly suggest meal prepping when it town and that it incorporates sufficient protein and lots of veggies!!!
Ya I agree! Just annoying when people in different time zones schedule 8 AM meetings.
What if you don’t like working out?
Aw man, sorry you don’t like it. For me, I never like working out during the actual workout but the effects are why I do it. It’s kind of like the first time you drink alcohol, it taste disgusting... but then you feel the effects and like them. So, you keep drinking it until someday you like the taste.
I feel great and more confident by working out every day .
Agree - it makes me feel so much better and I have more energy overall!
