My client reached out to me to Join there company. But Accenture has some BOT period policy wherein I’ve to work in Accenture Hyderabad for 6 months and then serve 3 months notice period.

In next 4 months I target to achieve AZ500, and CISSP.

Can someone please evaluate and tell me what can I ask in AUD ? Pre and Post CISSP

I started QA at the company I am currently at 3 years ago. Long story short, within 4 months at the company, I was able to make a career change and step into a PM position. Without having the formal education or PM experience, only my 5 years in QA experience. When I started I made $65k and have jumped to $78k. I have seen other companies post $100k+. Annual review is tomorrow. Should I fight for more or look for more somewhere else if I lose that fight?

At a high level, what is a better way to maximize returns?
