Hey guys! I’m looking to shift careers. I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 7 years now. Before that I’ve worked in an office, retail, banking, sales and was a correctional officer. I have a BA in criminal justice that I have yet to use. I really want an office job that pays well, but I’ve had no luck finding someone to hire me, actually even getting an interview most likely due to lack of experience. I've received an offer from LnT (29 LPA), is that good enough to resign now , considering my CCTC is 25.8.

Also, I'm almost 90 pc sure that i may be released within a week of resignation as my project contract has not been renewed and we're in handover phase.

Could you guys please advise me, as to what should be my course of action here? Should I resign and can I get better opportunities in the next 1 month?
