My GC was applied in EB1 with a priority date of Dec 2022. I have an EAD and AP but feel like I am stuck with my current job and have been advised to stay with the current job (via which the GC was filed).

Has anyone tried switching jobs or exploring ways to expedite the GC processing? If yes on either of those, could you share the pros and cons from your experience? I am trying to evaluate if either is an option or to just stay put.

I have a job offer for 3 months that pays 25% more than my current job. It is more into civil engineering and I think the experience I get will help getting more job offers in the future. Can someone give me more advice if I should stay in my current job which I hate or take the offer and look for something at the same time.

Does anyone have advice/ leads on what companies sponsor H1B? I just graduated with my MS in Data Science, have 3 years of UX/ PM experience, a BFA in Product Development, and a BA in Journalism.
