I have been thinking about the question you mentioned about "how to get clear feedback". I would like to hear how you think when communicating with your manager, how to ask questions so that he can evaluate your work more specifically, such as focusing on project details and ability improvement points. Please share your thoughts.
I once read an article about receiving feedback, and something I found really useful was this: instead of directly asking for feedback – which often just gets you a "you're doing well" – you can try highlighting areas you believe you need to develop. For example, you could say: "In the last executive meeting, I did great presenting the challenges, but when I received an objection, I don't think I performed as expected to persuade the executive. What do you think?" That way, you guide your manager toward the specific areas where you feel feedback is needed and creates a confidence environment.
