My manager wants me to acknowledge my ratings which I just got asap , but I am not satisfied with it ..
What should I do ?..Should I acknowledge and submit ?
If I do not , how will that effect me?

Has anyone else noticed they’re stressed without “feeling” stressed? I don’t feel as stressed as when I was in college. However, I’m still on the job hunt and I think stress is manifesting itself without me realizing it. My skin is showing really bad acne, I feel unmotivated even to fill out job applications; I’m having trouble falling asleep at night and even though I sleep past noon sometimes I still feel tired during the day... Is it stress or burnout?
