I am interviewing for an Enterprise - AE role at a early stage startup(one of their first hires) and after 2 rounds of Interviews, I am asked to create a sequence of emails for prospecting with a specific client that would be a good fit for the product. Just learned my project won't be extended and my chargeability is already low. I'm pretty stressed/worried over the possibility of layoffs despite having had consistently good performance.

I'm really starting to feel some pregnancy depression and I think covid is exacerbating it so much. I can't help but feel like I really shouldn't be pregnant right now. I knew I probably priced myself too low when negotiating my salary at an agency (and they came back with a slightly higher offer) but I’m realizing now I definitely did. Glassdoor suggests others in my role are making $20K more. I know being prepared to negotiate my salary is my responsibility, but I was expecting having to negotiate down. Is there a way to ask the company about pay equity outside of an annual review?
