My post offer screening process in Royal Bank of scotland started on 15th April and it hasn't been completed yet. My joining date was initially on 9th may but first advantage has given expected date 15th may. The first advantage people are not providing any updates as well. Is this something i need to be worried about? Is it normal for banks to take one month time for BGV?

I am working for NetApp Client, Bangalore however My base Location is Hyderabad, and I have heard from a couple of NetApp Employees that they are planning to resume offices by May.
My questions are:
1. If UST is planning to bring employees back to office?
2. If they call will I be asked to relocate to Bangalore as my client's location is Bangalore or will I be working from Hyderabad only?

PS: My manager has left the organisation and I am the sole person from UST in my project.
