My top sales person is a bit on the aggressive side. She blows everyone's numbers out of the water so she is valuable but her in office attitude does tend to rub people the wrong way. I probably get 2 to 3 complaints about her a week. Nothing specific or inappropriate. The guys on the team just aren't fans of her communications style. How can I address this issue with her without killing her spirit or giving her the impression everyone hates working with her?

I joined PwC AC 4 months back and now I have recieved a job offer form the current client I am working in PwC.
Will there be a conflict of interest if I join the client company? If so after how many months of resigning from PwC can I work for the client company?
I checked my offer letter and no where they have mentioned about the conflict of interest policy.

I’m a second year associate at a small, but reputable firm. My caseload is almost entirely made up of clients who were referred to one of the partners but the partners are too busy so I end up taking the case. The clients are told up front that an associate, rather than a partner will be taking his/her case. I’ve run into an issue a couple of times where the client doubts my advice because I am only 2 years in. Has anyone else experienced this? How do I address the fact that I’m only 2 years in?
