Hi all, I just got a job offer at PwC for a senior consultant position. The salary is 30% above my total comp right now, but I’m just worried about the amount of work I will have to put in compared to my amazing work life balance now. Does anyone have any experience moving from industry to consulting? I need some advice on what to do. I’m still early in my career (1.4yoe) so I feel like I shouldn’t care too much about wlb, but at the same time, I don’t want my mental health to suffer either.

If your config skills or functional process skills are rusty - I’d say going out of SAP may be worthwhile. Do you have PMP, Agile certs, etc? If not, work on that.
Most program management roles require those credentials and/or experience
You will get a lot more hits on your resume from the term “SAP” than all those others. That said, if you are not enjoying the work related to SAP, then I wouldn’t stick around just for that. Here’s the old interview question - What do you want to be doing in 5 or 10 years?
