SAP program management background, certified in MM module but it’s been years. Is it worth to stay in SAP or I should just pursue PGM position in industry, SAP or not?

I’ve worked 2 years at a non profit 501c 3 tech startup. When I started there were 6 employees we now have 22. I am considered a part of leadership and am a people manager in addition to my sales role. I am a high performer and last year got a 10% raise (which I asked for). This year I was offered 5%. I am going to counter but curious what anyone thinks I should ask for. I was thinking 8%.

Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). I am currently into the SAP Security domain and I absolutely do not have any interest in it. I am planning to shift to development and have started on some courses on my own.

My question is, is there any future prospects in SAP UI5 and Fiori? Since my background is in SAP, I assume it will make a domain switch easier.

I've been working out since early 2020 6x/ week and lost ~30lbs. However, I didn't adjust my eating -only switched to an intermittent fasting schedule (eat between 12-8pm). Now, I'm trying to focus on better eating. I struggle with sweets - If it's around me, I need it all lol and Uber eats is a weakness bc of all the dessert places! My meals are relatively balanced so not a major issue...

I've heard of intuitive eating but sounds a bit fluffy (lol) - other tips? What has worked for you? Help!!
