Navigate “soft” mat leave retaliation?

Before leave, I led a full marketing function, managed a team, and was up for promotion. During leave, my cover blocked promotion, took over, and now my manager.

Now, my title/pay are unchanged, but my scope, decision rights, and influence are significantly reduced. My role feels like an empty shell.

I’m leaning toward leaving, but feel it doesn’t address the issue for other moms.

Has anyone navigated something similar or have any advice?

Anyone here go in-house to Amazon from big law? If so, what kind of a pay cut can I expect to take? Currently 5th year on Cravath scale.

Will I have better exit opportunities as a product counsel in big tech or as a litigator in big tech? I have the opportunity to pursue both and am wondering which is better for future opportunities.
