Need advice about my apartment complex/ pet policies. I have to take over care for my family’s 2 small/ toy breed dogs. On my apartment’s site they originally listed the pet policy as a $500 pet deposit per apartment and $75 per pet, per month, but when I emailed them they said it’s $500 PER pet AND $75 per pet per month. I think this is kind of outrageous and at this point I’m thinking we’ll all be put out if I can’t pay. Is this normal pricing?? What does the deposit actually go towards?!
