Hey everyone, I need some help deciding between two offers:

1. KPMG – Cloud Security DevOps
2. Kaplan – Cloud Engineer

I'm not prioritizing salary, but I’m looking for good work-life balance and strong future career growth/exposure.

My background: 3.6 YOE in Cloud + DevOps.

Would love to hear your thoughts on which role might be better in the long run. Any insights or experiences would be really helpful!

I have been working with Walmart for the past 14 months and have recently got an offer from Blackrock for 45 LPA.
Considering the recession and US market scenario, help me understand if it will be a good move to join BlackRock OR should I continue with Walmart with the current compensation.

I got selection mail from tcs on 22 Aug, they asked to upload documents next day. HR discussion is not done yet , how many days they take to do the hr discussion after uploading documents ?

I had got offer letter from cognizant after that i had recieved a mail to initiate on boarding.
Is it mandatory to start the cognizant on boarding if not sure whether i am going to join it or not?
