Hello, I worked 1 year as a 'Senior Data Engineer' at 110k base. I then was offered and accepted a role as 'Service Manager' at 155k base where I worked another year. Just recently accepted a 'Data Engineer' job at 155k base but with a larger company (in theory with potential to grow).

I am a Google Certified Professional Data Engineer.

Should I be earning more?

Would I earn more long term if I stayed on as Service Manager?

Back in May 2021, I rented a property that had sustained damage during the big snow storm. This wasn't disclosed at lease signing. The home leaked every time it rained, mold was found in the home & the LL failed to make repairs that resulted in me falling down a flight of stairs. I have two referrals for a position that I’m trying to apply to, however only one of the employee referrals is showing “attached” to the application. I accepted both employee referrals and they both show under my google account, but for the specific job application (which hasn’t been submitted yet) that one referral just won’t show up!!
