After clearing all rounds -
they offered 27% hike saying internal bands which is not doable in mumbai, trust me.
Before initiating interview they said will go 24 lpa max .
I spoke about 27-28 LPA Considering relocation to Mumbai n immediately available+ good feedback from interviewer and ready to accept and close this.
How much room is actually there beyond this? ItsLTM.

What policy changes are expected post LTI - Mindtree merger?

I have an OL from LTI with a CTC-20 Lpa..As my mother had brain surgery, i need to be with her. i have asked HR to provide WFH. Does LTI support in these kinds of cases?? I have also asked HR to set up a call with the Project Manager.

When does variable reflect in lti as hikes have come will we get the revised variable amount and what would be the percentage?

Does LTI change joining date , my issue is my notice period is 30 days remaining but due to some dependency it may be extended 10 to 15 days. What can I do in this situation ?
