Best tips for someone who has object permanence issues? If I put something down or away the chances I forget it and never come back to it are at least 50/50. How do you keep your home/office space clutter free without putting things where they'll never be found again? Or I guess how do you remember to go back to them? Help

Going on 1.5 yoe and still learning how to organize and deliver customer-centric features at a bank. I have 4 yrs of exp as full stack developer and my current CTC is 15 lpa and notice period is of 3 months. I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case? Should I connect with my current hr to negotiate? Cause I tried convincing the new hr to share the offer letter of DOJ after 3 months but she is not in the favour of that.
