I have 3 years of experience—1 year in QA Automation and 2 years in DevOps.

Since I’m now fully focused on DevOps, I’m wondering:
Is it okay to present my profile as 3 years in DevOps, or should I clearly separate my QA experience?

How early is too early to ask for a raise?

Had my annual review Friday (first year with the company). Boss awarded a 3% raise though she said my review was “90% positive.” Worth adding I got a 3% sign on bonus last year, so I’m basically at 0% raise. Nobody under me has gotten less than a 7% raise in the past year. Considering promotions + counter offers as well, it goes as high as 25%. I don’t feel a 3% raise matches a “90% positive” review and plan to bring up the cognitive dissonance I’m feeling. Any other tips or advice to add?
