On Amazon, a role’s title is Sr. Manager but when reading the job description it says Senior Program Manager. Does that mean the salary will be that of a Senior Program Manager (L6)?

I am interviewing at a Production Studio and it’s going well. The majority of my experience is agency side. They mentioned base salary with commission, as they want to see growth in the next 3-5 years. There has been no talk of salary yet. What does a base salary for an EP with commission usually look like in this role? What should I be asking for? I don’t want to give up my current salary, but I think this job would be such a great fit for me. Advice?

Working in a large health system as a quality professional WFH. I rarely see anyone else on my team, and when I do present findings I see no changes happening. I just got an offer from a company that I have mixed feelings about. Team seems great but Glassdoor reviews, not so much. I’m currently interviewing with a couple of other companies that are amazing and would be my too choices. However, I’m very early in the process so it will probably take a month or so to get to the offer stage with them. I don’t want to fall between two chairs for not taking this offer and then not getting any from other companies. What should I do? Best strategy?

I'm two thirds through the PMA Core Certification, and the info is great but the tests are a joke. They need to contract with an educator that specializes in testing and assessment to come in and develop exams that actually measure if you know the material. The bad test design devalues the certification. Not to zero, but I definitely will not be proud to have earned it. It just means I had $1300 and sat through 15 hours of video lectures.
