Need some help on how to cope up with adapting Mckinsey culture.Recently joined the firm and the constant pressure to do things the Mckinsey way, the unending jargons and the indirect reminders to become “ENTJ type or you will be lost here” makes me feel like Im drowning.I think over time, people are coached and trained to talk and behave a specific way. Not sure if its good or bad but need help to survive. And how is the review process, are low performers sent out like service companies?

I am being offered 17lpa fixed + 1.7lpa variable by Mckinsey Bangalore and 14.5lpa fixed + 1.5lpa Joining bonus by Deutsche Telekom WFH.

Both are offering me a SDE 1 position.

I want to know the better company keeping in mind WLB, Perks and Benefits, Culture, also with the thought that in the future I want to pursue an MBA in the future.
