Need suggestion, I did claim maternity bills for my 2 children in another TPA and now I'm having 3rd child and want to claim via Wipro Vidal TPA and they have rejected my bills, said that 3rd child will won't cover under the TPA policy. Is it true??

Hello fishes, Wipro hr is not responding to my calls and mails as i have received LOI march 27 and gave joining date on april 27 till now they didnt sent me offer letter. So, when can i expect the offer letter from them.
