Does anyone have the Hermes herbag for sale?
Hey fish! What’s everyone looking to sell?
Would anyone in the NYC area be interested in buying a chanel wallet? Used 1 year but didn't carry around much, realized I'm more of a cardholder person.
not my rebag posting but same wallet:

Please see below comment for my list of recommended resale sites:
- The RealReal
Pros: largest customer base, largest selection including contemporary street style and premium brands as well. Great for buying, cheaper prices than some other sites. For sellers, they give you site credit to shop. It’s an endless cycle!
Cons: normally no return policy, and if you are a seller they may automatically discount your item by 20%. Takes around 3 months from receiving the quote, sending the item, getting listed (which itself takes 3 weeks), item sold, and then receiving the fund (they process the following month on the 15th so some times you need to wait a long time)
- Rebag
Pros: Their items tend to be in better shape and condition than other sites. Offer a quick direct buy for sellers
Cons: Super expensive!! This is bc they operate heavily on a brick and mortar model. Many of their non-limited edition items are priced higher than retail
- Yoogi’s Closet
Pros: great prices for buyers, and super efficient business, offer both direct buy and consignment
Cons: For sellers, this place gives a lower quote for newer, contemporary styles (but a higher quote for older styles than Rebag).
- Ann’s Fabulous Finds
Pros: great customer service. They are smaller so you get a more personalized experience
Cons: smaller customer base, and longer consignment time
- Vestiaire Collective
Pros: international company, D2D model, offers negotiation with other buyers, great for buying and vintage goods
Cons: the technology is horrible, absolutely a turnoff. Europeans’ weaker purchasing power + cheaper prices over there by nature -> longer sale time for sellers in the US
- Fashionphile
Pros: great website, has a partnership with Neiman Marcus and allows credit option for them.
Cons: I was debating whether to put this up here...the customer service is very bad. The authentication process is also unreliable based on my experience
Awesome. Additional suggestions for buy/sell: use PayPal Goods & Services which can protect buyer and seller in case certain issues arise. PayPal Friends & Family does not provide transaction protection at all.
Secondly, seller should pay for shipping insurance to the value of the item; in the event it’s lost, a buyer would reasonably request a refund, then seller can claim loss with USPS/shipper.
Yep^ and some times it also makes sense for the buyer to pay for shipping and insurance, and sellers can either state the item + additional charges for transparency or add them together and “pay” for the shipping and insurance. Additionally, Paypal purchase protection is an additional 3-5%, so buyers and sellers can take that into consideration
