Need urgent help choosing between IBM and Deloitte USI!
Both are Data Engineering roles. Deloitte USI is offering a better fixed pay, but I’m unsure about project stability and work-life balance compared to IBM. Need to decide quickly—would really appreciate any insights or experiences from folks who’ve worked at either!

In IBM it work life balance depends on your project which they are giving to you. Nd it also depends on you r from which location.. for Mumbai location there are very less project . You will go for Indian clients and they will tell you 5days a week. Other than Mumbai it's fine. You can work on international clients

I would say it's better to go with IBM, have a long term vision. Don't get blinded by temporary differences. DUSI pay hikes are abysmal and promotions are also far and few in between.

Currently, I am working in TCS and I have offer from CTS. Now, TCS trying to retain me with similar hike offered by CTS.

Is it better to stay back in TCS or move forward with CTS.

I have completed 7.5 years in TCS & my total year of experience is 9.

My dad's a senior software architect getting 35 lpa for 18 years work experience in cognizant. His tech stack is AEM and he has worked on angular and Java Projects as well. Since he is getting underpaid a lot ... Hopefully someone can refer him Adobe or some product companies. Even service company with good pay also is acceptable
