Is it SAFE joining Wipro as technical lead (B3) with 37LPA? Knowing that package is pretty high as compared to collogues in same band. HR is not ready to give project manager(C1) position.
Appreciate your suggestions/input.
Would there be any scope of increment going forward?

Just curious, what would be the risk of sharing the entire offer letter ?
An offer letter is confidential information to you. Now it is your choice if you want to show it to your family/friends/recruiter. Salary slips are confidential too, don't you share it to other companies to get the offer letter?
No need to share. Tell them politely that as per corporate policy I cannot share the offer letter as it has company specifics but let me try if I can share the compensation breakup if the reason for the ask is CTC negotiation
When you are getting offer from some other company then most companies ask to share complete offer letter only else they reject. Also for bgv you might need to share previous company offer letter, compensation letter, so at that time what is your thoughts giving snapshot of salary breakup will do. At that time what happens to the NDA confidentiality agreement.

You don’t have to share entire offer letter, instead share only salary breakup.
I would'nt recommend sharing the company name unless you are sure of not joining the company(whose name you are exposing) and don't care of legal action.
Yes, just say I don't think i am suppose to share the overall offer letter due to confidentiality and ask is it okay if I share the salary breakup table ? don't worry genuine company only needs salary breakup.
You can share offer letter. KPMG also asked me to share complete offer letter instead of salary breakup.
For almost all companies, when you sign the offer letter as an acceptance you also agree on the NDA which has a clause for not sharing anything on the offer letter with other companies.
However just the salary annexure without any reference to company name should be okay.
Sure thank you. It's for one of the BIG4

You can just share the Salary Breakup page, tell the HR too that you'll only br sharing the salary breakup page because of confidentiality clause
