What to do when asked to share the offer letter.

I have the offer letter but i don't want to get into trouble by sharing it. What will be the nicest way to tell i can't share?

My question is how genuine can that promise be ? Anyone faced similar situation before ? How Canada work permits generally happen here in CTS and how many months it can take ?

The industry has slowed where I live. Our bonus structure was cut in half at the start of the year. Needless to say the mortgage department floating the bank’s profit margin during the pandemic, and now after 2 years of working our butts off we are receiving a pay cut. I'll be getting 50K as joining bonus in December salary.
Also, total salary from New employer till FY end will be 700000.

I will file ITR tomorrow.
So, in gross income i.e. 7L , do I need to add 50000 + income from prev employer as well?

Meaning i need to put gross income as 7L + joining bonus + prev employer income?
