I heard thyrocare’s result are not that accurate so genuinely looking for some preventive full body checkup plans if any one can share recommendations based on their experience?

My mom won't wear her Fitbit to bed. She has a pacemaker and has had a fib. We got it for Christmas so we could find out while she's in an episode and not a month later. I’ve hit a plateau on the keto diet (no weight loss in 3 months). So in addition to walking 5 miles a day (been doing this since month 2), on Sunday I started a Beachbody HIIT workout with weights (21 day fix real time). It’s 30 min workout daily and I’m two workouts in and I can barely move. Also, the muscle cramps are for real! Drinking about 80 ounces of water a day and I soaked in an Epsom salt bath last night, any other tips?

I’ve suffered from workaholism for a long time. Thanks to a lot of great self help books and therapy, I’m no longer putting work on a pedestal and I’m spending a lot more time on self care and my marriage. But, unfortunately, I am now getting withdrawals, because my body is used to the daily adrenaline of throwing myself into work. It’s this terrible feeling of like anguish/unease in my gut, but I don’t have anything I’m worried about- it’s like my body wants to find something to worry about.

Received my first prenatal massage at 19 weeks today and the therapist was trained and did a bit of myofascial stretching techniques. Never touched my stomach. Just lower back, arms, legs and feet. I requested an IEP and they determined he is on the autism spectrum. He’s wicked smart, but has sensory issues. After studying autism more, I realized I share many of his characteristics. For diet reasons, I don't drink alcohol. But I drink sodas occasionally. Like at company happy hours, etc. From a health perspective, is this kind of hypocritical? I think they are both nutritionally near 0 value. I do enjoy the taste of soda more than alcohol. But I can't help but feel like if I'm willing to drink sodas, a beer or two a week shouldn't be much different. If anything, it's lower calorie per can lol.

Facing an odd problem. When I had no offers in hand, and was expecting salaries in the range of 18 - 20 LPA, I was getting lots of interviews. Now that I have offers in hand north of 25 LPA, I am not being shortlisted for interviews. Should I hide the offers in hand, quote expected as before and negotiate post interviews in HR round?

Hi all, I have a slightly different ask. I have 5 YOE as IT BA. Does shifting from IT BA/Product to Management Consulting common? I have ONLY heard the other way round😂
