He took resume to HR actual and said I’d hear from them. Haven’t heard anything week or so later.

Haven’t texted VP much as I don’t want to be creeper but really interested. Not sure how to engage at this point. At some level it seemed like a home run.

The recruiters said it will be a case study lasting for 2.5 hours. The case will not be given in advance. They only said it is a about a fictious bank. I have experienced In a project which involves tech team, business team, delivery, testing team etc, the tech team is treated as labours, the lowest heirarchy.

Facing an odd problem. When I had no offers in hand, and was expecting salaries in the range of 18 - 20 LPA, I was getting lots of interviews.
