K1, totally - not meaning to extrapolate, but just indicating that stats don’t mean everything. The reported cases and party complaints may be happening elsewhere but I suspect it’s only a matter of time before community spread accelerates in Manhattan too bc humans are humans

The guidance is, starting Friday, bars, restaurants, and gyms must close each day at 10pm (with takeout available after 10pm for restaurants). He was very clear in his address that, if this doesn’t help matters, then they may consider closing bars and restaurants completely.

C2 you tested out of state? I didn’t think our insurance covered out of state services, which is weird they want us to get tested before we come back to NY.
