Could try Lubenesky & Associates in Montclair - worked with them on real estate and know they do wills, etc.
Most companies offer a legal assistance plan that you can opt into during annual enrollment with the rest of your benefits. Costs about $200 or so. You can get a referral to a good attorney for estate planning thru them and save a good chunk of money. I just took it one year, got the estate planning done - only paid another $100 or so for an optional service - and opted out the next year. If you need to make changes to the plan, they usually leave a back door for you to do that without their help. If you want to consult an attorney for making changes, check how often your legal assistance plan allows you to do that and just opt-in that year. You can also use legalZoom but not sure if you would get anywhere near the service you need.
