What is the happiest moment of your life so far?
Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.

My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.
AMA.

Can you elaborate on what you mean by fix things they do, catch their mistakes, and organize the team? How early in the process is this (I.e., early drafts or finalizing the output for the client)?
Organizing the team is a bit of a red flag, although I’ve seen some managers intentionally be a little vague/delayed about this to see who steps up and let bandwidth and capacity issues sort themselves out rather than meddle unnecessarily. Doesn’t sound like that’s what’s going on though.
My initial reaction is that this is a good opportunity for you (as painful as it is). Your manager likely appreciates you stepping up at times. You may have even been staffed specifically with an eye towards helping the manager out in certain spots. Not sure how else to handle it other than being super explicit about where you need their support/engagement. I don’t think it’s a good idea to go above or around them unless you’re explicitly worried about covering your ass in terms of performance reviews. Just make sure that for the deliverables you do take on you nail them (I.e., don’t bite off more than you can chew just because other parts of the case are going to shit).
Mostly client facing stuff.
I think they are well intentioned but just lack an eye for detail/refinement (typos/formatting all over the place) as well as maturity (will complain about project leadership/will not pay attention to certain things because they are too tired).
Also directions are always very vague and ambiguous
